In this show, award-winning vocalist and songwriter Ori Dagan pays tribute to the musical heroines and heroes who inspired him to pursue jazz singing. From the epic scat solos of Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan to the poignant storytelling of Billie Holiday and Nat King Cole and many surprises along the way, the program will feature popular standards, hidden gems and memorable originals.

Grand Prize Winner at the 2023 John Lennon Songwriting Contest, Canadian jazz singer-songwriter Ori Dagan has attracted a dedicated and growing audience worldwide. Known for his enchanting voice, infectious swing and charismatic performance style, he has entertained thousands across Canada as well as the United States, Japan, South Korea, Morocco, Macedonia, Israel and Germany. Dagan's critically acclaimed recordings include "S'Cat Got My Tongue" (2009), "Less Than Three" (2012), "Nathaniel: A Tribute to Nat King Cole," (2017) and "Click Right Here" (2022), with new music coming in 2025. Eric St. Laurent: Guitar
Eric St-Laurent is a versatile guitarist acclaimed for his jazz-infused sound, blending world music and groove. Born and raised in Montreal, he studied improvisation in New York before moving to Berlin where he toured with both the big and small names of the German and Scandinavian music scenes.
